I only have the NA psn version which worked on my ps3. So I know no way of telling atm.
I am unsure if they use PAL or NTSC version for EU.

100%d dtp on EU PS Vita from the store, worked with no problems.

However I did download it a few months ago, the EU store is a bit annoying so things may have changed.
