Klonoa then realized why guntz is so uncaring and harsh. He had no one to make him a good preson so he turned to murdering and stealing.

[Matiri]

"And that was so long ago that I couldn't tell you how long it's been."

: "You've been in this cave for so long?"

"Not exactly. My dad did allowed me to go outside to look for food if I ever needed to, but only from the forest and there's only insects and frogs if you know where to look."

[SerialDreams]

  : "Eww... I couldn't imagine eating a bug or frog..." Klonoa shuddered.

"Well... when your given the decision either to have something, anything, to eat rather than starve, you become a lot less picky."

Huepow emerged from Klonoa's ring.

"Doesn't your father bring any food back with him?"

"Sometimes, rarely..."

[Matiri]

 : "Still though, that sounded really gros..."

Not wanting to miss the opportunity to gros Klonoa out, Guntz continued by saying:

"It's not that bad, they even have different textures too: some are crunchy and don't get me started on the squishy ones, those are so good..."

: "Please stop." He pleaded. 

"Alright then. But tell you what: once we make it to a town I'll try out... I dunno, whatever you eat regularly, but in exchange you will eat a whole bag of bugs that I will provide. Deal?"

:"I'll think about."

"Speaking of going somewhere: do you have any idea what time it is."   He asked to Guntz.

"It's 11:35. Why do you ask?"

I was thinking maybe we could leave now.

Yeah, your right... wait here for a moment.

He walked back into his room where they heard him moving some stuff around. Guntz soon came back with a medium sized red box, along side a key, and placed it on the table.

"Huh? What's the box for?"
