The reason behind all the Smash Bros stuff I've been putting out.

Alright, lets hear it.

To tell you the truth, I have been PRAYING every night since march (101 days) that Klonoa would be playable in Smash 4. I've never given up hope and have found these hints and such. And with the virtual console, the leak, and the Geninja hint, my want is at an all time high.

And the answer to my huge question is answered tomorrow.

The funny thing here is that is a new design! It's never been seen before, but it does take inspiration from wiimake and K2. It actually looks like the mind of outfit for a, dare I say it,

I don't mean to be a buzzkill, but I highly doubt that a fan made image with a new character design has any relation to anything official.

Granted, I do like the design and seeing what they did with the Wiimake, it wouldn't surprise me if this was the direction they took (if it was official).

That's certainly some dedication.

Although Klonoa being playable in the next game isn't necessarily an unrealistic idea, it's not really a realistic one either.


Although not as exciting as playable, I do believe in the chance that he'll be recognized as a collectable trophy, or something along those lines.

I commend YouDontKnowWhoIam for recognizing that it's a painting rather than a 3D model. I did my best to make it look convincingly 3D, but I always figured somebody with a discerning eye would be able to tell the difference.

To clear something up, I am kussuhe. The username is a rearrangement of "hekussu," which is a japanese romaji spelling of "Hex," which is a shortening of my username. =P

I'm a big klonoa fan who wanted very badly for Klonoa to be in Smash. I didn't expect that the fake leak would continue to propagate this much even after being debunked within less than an hour on gameFAQs, but it seems it's still getting around.

What you did is just like skipping a stone - and it bounced more than 2 or 3 times before it sank.

Although it was a fake leak, you just proved that people still care and love Klonoa.

Yeah man, you did a great job making that.

You should have seen the hype it generated on /v/ when it got posted.

I think a lot of people were hyped for that. A lot of work and effort was put into that and that alone amazes me more than anything.
