Added a Save as Draft feature to the forums. Keep in mind it doesn't show up on Quick Reply; you'll have to use Reply to properly use it.

John, both of those links lead to the same thing. They'll be shut down soon.

Wait! There's a concern I would like adressed. If the old forum shuts down, people won't be able to access they're PMs there and since none of the members seems to have gotten an E-mail about this, they won't know we've moved, and they won't be able to log in here because they won't know they're password they got in the PM.
