My favorite character is not only Klonoa, but every person on the Breezegale. It's a shame there are no childs in the Breezegale except Klonoa.

Without a doubt my favorite character in the series is the King of Sorrow. His theme and kingdom are all superbly beautiful and his design is awesome. It's so similar to Klonoa's too THE SYMBOLISM UNF.

Ghadius, but  not the one from the remake, but the ps1 Ghadius, he was waaaay cooler.

REALLY!? There is nothing different between the Ghadius in the PS1 version and the Ghadius in the Wii version. Are you kidding me?

Though, in all honesty, I can't say I have a favorite character as I've only played the Wii remake and seen footage of the other games on YouTube, and even then, it's not enough for me to know all the characters.

I... think Ghadious is a rather flat character, basically embodying evil. I don't even remember his motivation besides cliché num. 265: "taking over the world mwahahaha". Was he a developed character? His physical appearance though was cool indeed.

Spoilers:

He was a bit more developed than that, luckily. Ghadius was a being who created nightmares, and he was shunned by the people of Phantomile, and later imprisoned for thousands of years. Later he was freed(by Joka I guess?), and wanted to have his revenge by destroying the world, enveloping it in an endless nightmare. He hated everyone so much for rejecting him, he didn't mind the fact that he himself would have died in the process.

Anyhow, my favorite character has to be Klonoa, with Leorina and the King coming next.
