It happens on 3 min+ videos. Everything else uploads fine and I have no clue what the problem is. The point in the process where it gets stuck varies each time. Internet connection's usually fine.

Well, I haven't tested uploading from another browser, but I too use google chrome.  Maybe you have some add-ons (like adblock) that are conflicting?

I tried Google chrome, it took too long. I tried Internet explorer with my default browser changed, this happens.
