If I remember right jpsxdec can export sounds but it requires java.
Also I'll try to get a 7zip version of the files I have up sometime soon.

I also tried ripping other games with Psound. Different results occured. Final Fantasy VII for example only had 3 sound files ripped from it.

I tried the one you mentioned, it only ripped the game's soundtrack as well as all of the ending characters' data images and fonts.
