I doubt it'll be continued. I'll be pleasantly surprised if there is one, though. I'm already coming up with ideas for a fan continuation, though don't expect anything to come out of that.

Does anyone know why ShiftyLook is shutting down so suddenly? What's the reason for it?

Probably the main reason is money. They probably invested badly so didn't got enough money and Bamco probably decided to close them off

As of now, there's no confirmation the story will be continued. At the time they finished the strip they really thought it would be. Thanks to Ash Paulsen for filling us in.

Here's hoping they'll continue it in the future sometime.

I just thought of something: what if they make a book that not only collects all the strips, but make new ones to give a proper conclusion to the story?

A bit money grabbing, but not completely unheard of.
