Okay, I'm not ENTIRELY sure if I'm the only one affected by this...but I've found that I can't increase/decrease Dreamer rating. But ONLY when I have my membership set to "star member".
If this means what I think it means...it could be that Star Member's cannot change another user's rating, for whatever reason. Any other star memebers experiencing this problem? Any chance this could be fixed?
