Hi people.

Maybe some of you remember a pic I uploaded long time ago ("Something is coming..."):

During a few months I was working on my own in a 2.5d Klonoa platformer (my klonoa 3 version). I stopped developing it some months ago because of other projects and I'm not really sure if I'll continue making it, so I decided to share with you a few videos and pics of it.

I didn't want to show too much because of the hype and those things, you know, people get excited with those news! But as i don't know if I'll continue it I prefer to let you know about it.

I developed the game engine and also an external level editor. I'll show you some things here.

Ah It was still nice to see. I wish you luck on your other projects as well.

Idea: why don't you and @Spirit Macardi team up and collaborate on projects. It'd be a shame that we got all this potential and everyone's giving up on it.

They're using different engines; Spirit uses Leadwerks, and Pikewin uses his own engine.
But I think they're still able to share ideas and code.

That's the idea. With any luck since it's early in development, one could switch from one engine to another.

Well whether you decide to keep going with this or not, it's pretty dang impressive so far! Seriously, kudos.

Not gonna lie: Mad jelly right now x3

Honestly though I don't mind there being two different interpretations for what Klonoa 3 should be like. I'm certainly more than willing to share my code and assets, but my reasons for doing my project are to both tell my own story, and to learn new skills and better myself in the process.

Regardless, I hope your own endeavors succeed as well!

I agree with everyone else. You should still make your Klonoa 3, it'd be nice to see two different interpretations of a third installment.
