Name one moment in Door to Phantomile you didn't expect to witness in the game. Mine was the sudden attack on Granpa.

Mine was the ending, really that was unexpected.

All of everything after Vision 6-1 the whole huepow messing with Klonoa's memories the whole ending which caused me to rage really hard because I felt very bad for Klonoa since after saving Phantomile he pretty much gets ripped away from his friendship and everything he knew at the time. That is now how you treat a hero.... So yeah I was nooOOOOOoot expecting that from such a cutesy game I originally tried hard to not to like only to fall in love with the series anyways.

since I had already spoiled granpa's death for myself before playing the game (and yet!! It still broke my heart oh my god Klonoa's voice actress's performance was so perfect!!) as well as Klonoa not being from phantomile (again, when I actually got to that part it still rendered crazy amounts of emotion for me!!) I'm going to have to say Huepow having a human form was a bit of a 180 for me  It was a little weird considering he was literally an orb for most of the game.

Also Nahatomb literally eating Klonoa as part of the boss fight was quite a shock
