Regarding Tat's past, there's even little known about Popka. I always thought of Popka as sorta like Toad from the Adventures of Super Mario Bros. 3--wise cracking, witty, and at one point in his life lived on the streets and did whatever he had to survive. What do you think?

as far as i know he was in a box when Lolo found him in the winter (Popka ending of Beach Volleyball)
i think he was abandoned. maybe he was someone's pet and they didn't want him. but actually, lots of the people in Joilent look like Popka, so i think that's where he used to live. he did seem to really like it there.
