Any of you guys have any theories? This is sort of a silly thread so anything goes!

Once upon a time, there was a sandwich.

It was such a magnificent sandwich, with such delicious tomatoes, lettuce, bacon and pickles...and then, it happened.

The Volkie from the left side of town dropped it on the ground.  Now nobody would get hat sweet, sweet sandwich, and it was all the left side's fault!

Cue massive war.

I always just assumed it was in their nature to fight one another.

I don't even think they know/remember what caused it, and don't care. They probably make up new reasons to justify the war every day, whether both sides are actually aware of the other side's reason or not.
