So I got the Wiimake for Christmas recently and I listened to the English voices a bit before immediately switching for the "Phantomile" language option. I don't know what they were thinking but Klonoa really sounds too old than he looks IMO. However, I am curious: What do you think he should have sounded like? To me I think he needs a more childlike, sweet "cutesy" voice if anything.

I don't have anything against Eric Scitt but wow... I did hear though that he was just called to Voice Act and didn't know even what Klonoa was by any chance so I guess Namco is to blame more. :U

idk the best voice but I would have taken whoever voiced huepow in english and switched that to Klonoa. @Spirit Macardi  probably knows some good voice actors.

I've long been leaning toward Cassandra Lee Morris. She's got an extremely cute voice and can sound pretty similar to Kumiko Watanabe. And it's not like she's unheard of to Namco, since she was the voice of Sophie in Tales of Graces F.

Another person I'd like to see would be Brittney Karbowski, though she's far less likely since she's a Texas VA and Namco pretty much exclusively contracts from the LA area.

I don't think Eric Scitt would've done any other kind of voice, because, you know, his voice is broke, and Klonoa's (in Phantomillian) evidentially isn't... It's like asking Samuel l Jackson to voice a little girl, what do you expect him to sound like?

I usually like to play a game with he voices set to it's original language. Though, If it were up to me, I'd give Klonoa an accent based on Phantomillian, but we know little to nothing about that language, so... =/
