Honestly? I think I'm about tied between the PS2 menu, and the GameCube menu. The GameCube menu had that cool spinny cube thing, but the PS2 menu had the spinny lights, and that cool pillar background that was different depending on how many blocks were used on your memory cards...
You know what, PS2 wins if just for nostalgia.
