An artist who goes by the name Tamori-is-taru was commissioned by Namco to draw manga pages for the magazine "Dengeki Nintendo DS/Wii" to promote the remake. They've posted the original pages back in August 2014 which you can see in the spoiler below:

What's strange about these pages is that they feature new details such as page numbers and character profiles. These were very likely ripped from the Nintendo magazine.
A clear scan of the first page (mag. ver.) was posted by an... anthro-pr0n artist named Sindoll back in February 2014, predating Tamori's post:

The actual source of the scan is from 2chan but the thread is long dead.A problem that still exists from the time this topic was first brought up is that there are no other pictures of this manga that have been found. The only other piece of information I have on this is that it may have been published back in 2008 if the scan's copyright is anything to go by.
If anyone can find any more information about this manga, please drop it in here if you'd like!
