It's called "Danger Zone", a spiritual successor being made by Alex Ward and Fiona Sperry, creators of the Burnout series under Criterion Games. Now under their new company Three Fields Entertainment, it's playable on PS4 and PC, set for release sometime this month. Rejoice!
