So, just after Door to Phantomile, I plan to do this game now. However, rules will be different:
-I will
only try to avoid dreamstones (Nicknamed "Ds" on this thread), nothing more.
-For difficulty and length purposes, I will allow the uses of checkpoints, dying, and collecting everything else.
-You're forced to create a new save-file, so you can see the total at the world-map. This also means, you'll start with 3 lives, which you can increase the counter by collecting extra lives through normal 0% gameplay.
Because I cannot record those plays, I will make screenshots of the scores (from the world map), and possibly of specifics sections at this adress:

All of the mentionned images on this topic, will be found there. Each time it will be mentionned in my (upcoming) posts, is because I updated it. And yes, quality's awful, I concieve. From what you can see, I've already done 5 levels. Some of the solutions I came up to bypass those peskies Ds
are rather complex, so don't wonder how I got 0 Ds at Volk City (Though, I'll try to explain all of them).
Spoiler
Sorry but you are not allowed to view spoiler contents.
How exactly a 0% run of Lunatea's Veil, would differ from DtP? I shall answer:
- Klonoa's hitbox upon grabbing any Ds, is
MUCH BIGGER overall.
That's the main reason why I softened theses rules, allowing me to use checkpoints per example.
- Visions overall are longer, so Ds are more spaced, but often attacks in groups that are tough to traverse.
- There are boards levels. While the sections in which you can move in all directions are trivial to route,
the one in 2D are much more threatening.
- I'ts more upon me, but instead of playing on a keyboard, I play with a PS2 controller. I'ts a bit more tough, because pressing multiple buttons in a very short time-window (Which are necessary here) is harder.
Sort of disclaimer: Since I just started this, I'll be forced to make additionnal posts, showing my actual progress each time. Sorry if this is polluting the latest posts, and maybe other sections from this website.
I'll make up by taking my time for a good "product".
