It would be very interesting to know what's different between the footage and the final game.
With that we could have an idea about when the build shown on the fottage was made. Which I can assume it was made at, probably, two or three months before the official launch.
Knowing when was that footage shown for the first time would also be a great starting point.

I, definely wasn't expecting for early footage of this very specific game to exist, like, really...  I mean, it's, not very different, but, it still is really neat to see, which makes me wonderswan, was there anything earlier? Probably not, development on this game was probably, rather short...
