Hey! I'm new. Not just to the forum, but to the Klonoa series in general, kind of.

It's actually something that I've been wanting to check out for a while. But since I grew up with Nintendo, I ended up missing out for a long time. (I should've gotten the Wii remake when I had the chance!)

But now, I finally decided to try the series. I've been playing Klonoa Heroes (with a partial English patch; that's how I found this forum) and I'm loving it so far! You can probably guess who my favorite character is.

I'm not sure which game I'll tackle next when I'm done... Maybe you guys have recommendations?

I definitely recommend the first two games, Door to Phantomile and Lunatea's Veil next, if you're able to get them. The former is a bit harder to get physically, though I think it's like $6 on PSN.

Heroes is really cool, just bear in mind that it's still a spin-off! DtP and LV are the main "canon" games (depending on how you look at "canon" in a series about dreams)

Also, Klonoa Beach Volleyball is goofy and fun and more people should play it.

Like mnstrmthd said, I would also recommend the two as they are the main games in the series

You're also welcome to try Empire of Dreams and Dream Champ Tournament since they are connected to each other, even though they're just spin-offs
