This is a strange request to be certain; 

but I am looking for physical copies of demo software that have demos for Klonoa games any of the three major regions (US,EU,JAP)

Thing is... I only know two (possibly three) publications that had Klonoa demos on them.

Playstation Underground JAMpack 2001 and OPM (Official PlayStation Magazine) Demo Disc No. 8 (May 1998)

The latter of which I am unable to find any listing for.

Does anyone know any other instances of Klonoa demos?

I think there was a European PS1 demo disc that had a Klonoa demo on it or something, but I know nothing further than that.

There is also Klonoa 2 demo SLPM-60138 Which a person I know ordered off ebay.uk. Though it is a japanese disc.

Japanese discs are no issue, I have a Japanese PS2 Slim. :3

Speaking of imports, I recently bought a Unirom card offa ebay so I can play anything on my PS1.
So I was finally able to play that British PAL copy of Klonoa Beach Volleyball I bought 3 years ago. 

One issue though:
The entire game is in black and white (monochrome).
I'm not completely sure why this is happening but I have heard in the past that European PS1s have a different refresh rate than US/Japanese ones. I never thought that meant it would sap all color and soul from the image.

Is there any way for me to get the color back?
