While I've been revamping my 17-year-old RPGMaker Klonoa fangame that ripped off the plot to Jak 2, I was inspired to blend the themes of Haven City from Jak 2 & The Moon Kingdom of Cress from Klonoa: Door to Phantomile. 

Altalune is a crumbling city built atop the ruins of the once floating kingdom of Cress - where the poor huddle together in slums, while the better off live high above.

Let's just say, in my Jak 2 "inspired" RPG story... the little blue portals enemies pop out of were of some importance. ^_^
