Not just replace with an already existing in-game model (Kinda like that Joker mod), i would like to edit the animations and the models, i already know how to replace textures (you can tell by my current profile), so i don't really have to know that part.

I also know how to extract the disc files (Right click on the game, properties, file system and then just do the self explanatory part).
So what are the tools if there are? I would mainly like to import them in blender, and export them as well.

Brawlcrate is your best friend for replacing models and animations... BUT said animations are in specific files...
So you will need Wiiscrubber to extract and replace files

Well, i could extract, and i can also replace, BUT, how do i open these files?
I found CHR0, and SHP types of format, and the other files inside it are not specified, they are just files with no names, are these the files that i am supposted to look for?

I should mention that some games seperate the animation files from the model files in different folders... Why don't we discuss this in Discord. We could chat there and I could give some advise on specific files but for now...

I dunno, if i end up replacing him, i would probably do a memey thing (like replace him with Carl Johnson), and then eventually a serious thing that i am not sure.
