I can only find 3 midis of Klonoa 2. I would really like to see if there's a midi version of masked strength since it's my favorite song out of the ost along with Hyuponia (Ruin of Sadness).

I don't think there is one for that...
I could make a MIDI, although most of my specialization comes from using custom samples, and, while General MIDI can support different samples, from different canvas and such, the most likey and popular is the crappy default Windows soundfont, based on Roland's, but, well, low quality, and, well, yeah...
