Seems odd, but, i feel like there are certain songs from other stuff, like, lets say, Street Fighter EX3 that, actually feels like it could work in a Klonoa game...

Not terribly handpicked, but if a future Klonoa game were to include a hub world sporting a mellow impression, taking inspiration of the first half of this song would perfectly compliment the aesthetic. Klonoa's own Traverse or Twilight Town!

I've not played Wild Arms 4 in centuries, but parts of the OST managed to stick in my mind.

A Hat in Time is very fitting, great choice.  I would have gone with the "Clocktowers under the Sea" track myself.
