I think Empire of dreams is a decent (far from good) game, but like all the other Handheld games inferior to the console titles.
The game was actually quite fun, eventhough I lost my patience at the end.
The Bosses needed more HP and soundtrack should have been better, or atleast have some variation.
I actually don't know what to say about the surf stages.
The story obviously ignores/changes the canon, I don`t know what to say about the story it was there, you do some quests in the of emperor an then find out that the source of all evil, was the Emporer and you try to overthrow him. But as it turns out it was his evil advisor.
After defeating the advisor, everything turns back normal and Klonoa disapears without leaving a trace.
I think the story is alright...
There is not much what I can say about this game, I prefer Dreamchamp Tournerment and Moonlight Museum over this one.
I also think Moonlight Museum had better level design than this game.
