Okay, we already know a couple things thus far:

*Shifty look announced that they are shutting down
*Dream Traveler of Noctis Sol had a random "To be continued" on it's last panel
*We haven't heard ANYTHING since on the matter

But here's something I just figured out!

We have Wonder Momo, a Namco franchise that got it's own Anime. But here's the thing it's last episode was released on march 25th, and it had the Shifty look logo at the beginning!

And when was the date of the last known Shifty Look update?

MARCH 17TH

Not only that, but (I'm truly sorry for bringing this up again) Super Smash Bros. for 3DS was confirmed to be released in Japan on September 13th.

And when does Shifty look "close down?" September 30th

So, here's a theory that's so ludicrous, it's stretchier than rubber!

Shifty Look is trolling us, and is going to announce something big on September 30th

And what is the "big announcement?" '

That would be...

Actually, no! I'm not gonna say it! Pac-Man is in the game as a playable character, hardly anyone believes the cloud hint, It has always been 1 third-party character per company, Forget it!

I just realized something! when shiftylook is done with a comic:
It has a "completion" tab on it's thumbnail!



However, with Bravoman, Wonder Momo and the others...

THAT'S NOT THERE!!!

Problem is that Bravoman and Wonder Momo both finished. Klonoa: Dream Traveler of Noctis Sol is the ONLY webcomic on ShiftyLook that didn't get completed.

I don't really want to mistake a few details missed by the ShiftyLook team for a sign, people tend to get sloppy, especially when you're jumping the ship.

Though, judging by how much of a cliffhanger they ended up doing at the end of Season 2, they were meaning to build hype for Season 3, so there's some stuff left to hope for. I hope it continues one day, even if the writing wasn't the best, it was great to see these guys being cared for again.

I just thought of something else, since "Ridley's face" was spotted in the red clouds where the halberd came from and summoned the primids. It could have actually indicated that Ridley was going to be a Boss. Not a playable character.

I guess that's kinda true (double true, if we take meta-ridley into account), but then again, I remember people claiming they saw ridley in the clouds of Melee's box-art, as well. I'm just saying, Sakurai may be quite wily, but it's not like he'd hint characters in clouds, or anything. He's more "bait-and-switch", what with deconfirming-then-re-confirming Zero Suit Samus within the span of 5 seconds, showing off Pacman's "galaga" and "X-rally" Taunts with other items months before he was revealed, and, more recently, Chrom.
