In a lot of places I go on the internet, I notice a lot of interesting (and unoriginal) usernames. So I figure I'd make a post about it. Where did you come up with the idea for your username?

I guess I'll start.

The Sable part came from my Sorta-but-admittably-not-really-original fan character, Sable (the same character in my profile pic) which originates from a sort of story thing I came up with for myself sometime last year.

The "Xeno" part come from my current NNID, Xenobreeze, which was meant as a simile to my previous Gamer Nickname, Starwind. (star referring to Geno, and wind referring to Klonoa). The "star" part was re-worked into "Xeno" because I had recently played Xenoblade Chronicles...and loved it.

EDIT:As for how SABLE got his name...well, you know Mabel and Sable, from Animal Crossing?...Yeah, I have pretty basic inspiration.

[Spirit Macardi]

Well, Spirit was a name I had been thinking of at the time as a name for the character in my avatar. However, seeing as how that's hardly a unique name on its own, I figured I'd give him an unconventional last name. As for how I thought of the last name "Macardi"... I honestly have no clue how it happened x3;

Was feeling lazy. You know, you could have explained yours.

I suppose I should explain mine. Darai is a play on my name that I use as a nickname. I came up with the idea because there's three different ways to pronounce my name and the Dar-RAI version of it caught my ear, so I've stuck with it for years. I add the_ in front of it at times, just because I feel darai can be extremely short.

Both usernames are simple but effective.

[Voka~Daemyn]

Mine has been mutating since 2004 or so.

Started as Damen then I realized that was getting pronounced odd so in 2010 ish I switched to Daemyn then I realized that can't even be pronounced in some languages so I decided on a whim to get it all mixed up and go with Vokadae after thinking on it a little while sleeping.

I'll interchange between Daemyn and Vokadae for some time now there is also a variant Known as Kovadae as well.

Or just Dae or Voka that works too <_>

My username basically comes from the fact that I want to keep my identity a secret at all costs. It's also why my avatar is a Slinky.
