We could start creating content now that we have a site.
Okay, let's start with you.

Tell me what kind of content you create. And If our community likes it, we can set up a Patreon and continue putting your work here.

How much do you need per month? Is having the option to pay in bitcoins possible? The server you use accepts bitcoins for payment. Plus if you create a coinbases account you can get your bitcoins turned into real money with 0 percent fee for your first 1 million dollars.
Also why not do a patreon? http://www.patreon.com/

Not everyone uses bitcoins. Besides, what makes you think that we'd even get enough in bitcoins to cover fees, let alone have enough to cover server costs?

Patreon is a system for content generators. Not for Forum communities.
Not only that but what would we even offer for incentives? at the $5 mark? $10? $15 and so on?  No one has ideas on what to do. And no, doing a Klonoa mag isn't going cover 'content creation' because what are people going to put in it especially every month? You can't go around taking whoever's artwork just for it because that would be stealing. Who would have articles to write? What else could be done? It's nice to have ideas, but most of these ideas need to be thought out a lot more before doing them and making it a waste of time.

That's extremely vague. What content? What kind of content?  Also see my argument above.

"Requested project is not available to public"

It seems unlike kickstarter you can't see a campaign until it becomes public. As for my Klonoa mag idea commission 5 people to make art would cost 100 dollars at 20 dollars each artist. Like this one http://klonoa-rainbow-dash.deviantart.com/art/Super-Klonoa-Dat-Badass-Frown-475243568 Ka64 could probably manage such a project. The other idea is to create parody shorts of Klonoa or maybe 5 minute episodes of Klona Heroes something similar to this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Yh_E018XvjI

These all sound like nice ideas, but the problem with that is lacks dedication behind all of them. Where are you gonna get the artists for this mag? And I can tell you off the back that animation is painstakingly long. One minute of good high quality animation can take a week, yet you think an animator's gonna work on that for a mere $20 a piece?

The other problem with it is with existing projects, people don't to do what you've proposed. Also, it's not really up to us to do your plan. I think you should start this projects/kickstarters/patreons yourself and gather the people you need and such and go for there.

I said artists for 20 dollar a piece. You can find many artists doing commission for 20 dollars a piece kinda like I found this one http://poplarleaves.deviantart.com/ Animated shorts of 10-20 seconds would cost 500-600 dollars.

Again, Johnny, you try doing the projects yourself.
