I remember these cursors! These came from this *now defunct* Klonoa fansite: http://web.archive.org/web/20021205115015/http://hatabo7013.hp.infoseek.co.jp/32by32.htm I remember installing them on my old PC back then. xD

This reminds me of Windows 7 destruction, where Joel downloads cursor mania and goes crazy upon seeing cursors of Jesus, the pope, a flaming sword, a gun, a rainbow flag, and plenty more.

In order to make them show up as harddrive icons like I do you will need to make an autorun.inf on the root of the drive or partition. Set up like this in the txt file.
