As someone who didn't play many Spyro games (though I enjoyed the one I did play), to me, Spyro is Spyro, and while they can prefer which incarnation they wish, they shouldn't call each one "fanart."

I'm not saying they shouldn't dislike past or present incarnations, that's their choice. Just acknowledge that said incarnations are official, not fanart.

To me, I can't really decide which design I like. While I admit I like the Classic series... that's only really due to Gameplay if anything else.

Skylanders, on the other hand, actually has a design for him I legitimately like.
