Some ex-Rare employees formed a company named Playtonic Games and they are currently working on a game currently code named "Project Ukelele" that will be a spiritual successor to Banjo-Kazooie (which I have played but it's been way too long for me to remeber anything out of it). All we have of it right now is a piece of concept art and a teaser image.

Slightly off-topic; it does make me wonder now, seeing that Duck Hunt is in Smash 4, it's about a close as Banjo and Kazooie being in a Smash Bros. game. Now, it would be wicked if Duck Hunt got another game similar to Banjo-Kazooie. And now this game being worked on. It seems like everything could be working on 3D platformers akin to collectathons again.

hmm I'll be secretly watching this for a bit. I kind of lost all my hopes for anything conkers bad fur day or banjo kazooie like after Rare pretty much got bought out.

But once I see some gameplay of this new game I'll be jumping for joy. I just don't want to give my hopes up yet. I don't have hopes to spare.
