It would be pretty cool if they made the webcomic into Klonoa 3. It would be pretty interesting! :P

I can see this happening possibly, this comic actually being the storyline for the next game. That would be great. And the only way to get the ending (when it gets closer to it) is to get the game! Then the comic will finish the ending with the ending from the game.

ShiftyLook is owned by NAMCO BANDAI, so it's canon to some extent, at least.

I think darai's idea of the game taking over where the comic cuts off is a neat idea, but I doubt it will happen. If anything, we'll get the completed comic and no new game whatsoever, which really stinks. I could use a new Klonoa game! (I should probably hunt down a copy of Dream Champ Tournament first, though.)

Spirit Macardi

It would all come down to whether or not Yoshizawa decides to consider it canon, since he's the ultimate decision maker for the series.

I kind of doubt he'd consider it in the same storyline as DtP and Lunatea's Veil, since the comic stated that Klonoa is a kid who's dreaming, where as the games have hinted at something far greater. It still may be considered as a spin-off like the handheld entries though.

Wasn't there a rumor that KlonoaWork got back together again?

Maybe, I tried googling but didn't get confirmation. But that's probably true because after all the Klonoa hints NAMCO did, they probably got back and will show a new Klonoa game when we don't expect it.

That would be pretty nice, it would really show that Namco listens to their fans. I already give them more credit than Capcom in that regard. :P
