Yep, I do them on 3DS Miiverse. I really don't have any other art tools... (Excluding Paper)

Oh, I hadn't thought of that... Although now I that I have a 'New' 3DS, exporting Flipnote drawings as jpegs and getting them on my computer will be a pain in the butt thanks to the new SD card placement... I would use my DSi but it's broken...


And if you're wondering why I have so many DS's, I'll just say that every one of them is 2 Christmases years older than the next one.
