In the post, Hitoshi Ariga says those want Klonoa goods should let Bandai Namco hear their voice.
I don't see anything related to Nintendo, though.

they were NBGI and not BNGI when KWii was made, so that mobile version of DTP (?) was made before the name change

No, they are always "Bandai Namco" in Japan.
The release date of mobile DtP: Feb. 2009 - after the remake(JP version) was finished.
