TBH they really aren't different. Lunatea's font is the same, but with a round border. You can get the same effect with the Phantomile font. The colors also don't count as being part of the font.
You can make Lunatea's logo using the Phantomile font, it doesn't really matter either way. It's just different effects on both versions.

I'd just make the Phantomile font since it's the basic, "vanilla" version.
