I don't think they're moos. They're just another kind of baddie that Klonoa gets to beat up. :^)

Well, Moos having sub-categories of species isn't totally unheard of. There's Hornamoos and Octomoos, for instance. Though,mthis...clearly isn't a Moo.

Oh, if only Klonoa 2 had a Piklopedia-like feature, like Pikmin 2...then we'd know for certain...(seriously, that feature was awesome, and it not being in Pikmin 3 is just shameful.)

Defintely not a Moo. it's not really even hostile :/
the closest thing I can compare them too is a mirror spirit.
I can imagine Likuri s just wandering about aimlessly yet staying near crystals xD
