The Cipher Peons are not there, but I'm totally voting for them too.



They have freakin' armors as uniforms, a badass musical theme, and turn Pokemon both evil and super effective to anything that's not a Shadow 'mon like they are.

As for the handheld ones presented here, I'd go with Team Rocket first, and Team Aqua as a VERY close second.

If I hat the choice to join any team, I'd choose Team Rocket. Why? Because they're literally just the mafia. No world domination plots, just...straight-up mugging people for Pokemon. Also, Giovanni's pretty cool, and he seems like he has his team well-under control.
