So we don't have to panic anymore about the movie being cancelled. For now, we can only be patient and wait for more info.

But the pre-production of the movie started in 2016. I never imagined that would take that long (this statement coming from someone who doesn't know how this business works and just says what he thinks and wishes.)

Apparently preproduction can take 10 years before anything happens.

10 years is a ridiculously long time in most cases, but a few years is completely normal. There's absolutely zero reason to be panicking over a lack of news.

Something surprising (but very confusing) happened. I was just checking the HENSHIN twitter when I realized I suddenly wasn't following it and also all their tweets have been removed including the one originally announcing the Klonoa anime. I was shocked and scared of course until I looked further. The HENSHIN account I wasn't following for some reason is following some account called @klonoa_anime. I thought it was just an account a fan made when I saw it has the same exact tweets I saw retweeted on the old HENSHIN twitter I WAS following already. It hit me that the accounts are being renamed and repurposed now. So apparently we need to keep an eye on @klonoa_anime.

Also apparently the tweet that originally announced the film is gone. As well as the Q4 tweet. But the first two tweets from 2014 are still there. And you know the account as well.
