This is Meowcat, although some of the members prefer calling me Rollin. I never formally introduced myself, but you probably have seen me several times.
First of all, I might be the only one that is still trying to patch the rom at this moment. One of the many problems with me is that I'm not good at telling long stories and dealing with public relations.
To overcome it, I've decided to let my screenshots speak for me so that people can know this project isn't dead yet.

New ones will be uploaded...yeah, whenever possible. (That doesn't sound promising at all, does that?)

If you noticed my messages in Shoutbox, then you should know I was writing a program to extract and replace images in any GBA rom. The tool finally got finished a few weeks ago - but soon I realized its functionality has been limited because I wasn't fully aware of how those images are stored. Still, it's useful in most cases.

I didn't know that, but I'm not surprised. It makes sense that changing how the product ITSELF work is harder than trnaslating everything from one language to another - I mean THAT'S already hard, but it's not the same type of hard.

With that said, I'm glad this is still a thing, even though you apparently are the only not who has time to spare for this!
Not good at telling long stories? Huh. Well then if at some point you need help for a rough-english-to-actual-english translation, you can always give a shout, though I guess Japanese-to-English is the first requirement before that.
