I... haven't played much of Pac-Man. Except the World Championship edition - which is amazing - so I can't really compare. He amazed me in Smash Bros, and I know that the Pac-Man World games are pretty good, but that's all I can say.

Probably Klonoa in the end though. Design, powers and character, mostly.
