Suda52, the studio best known for No More Heroes, launched a teaser site for an Astro Boy game called "Edge of Time". Along with the countdown, there's also a video revealing some silhouettes of some of the characters, and some of the people working on the game.

I'm... Actually excited. I mean I would've preferred an action game for something like Astro Boy, I really liked Omega Factor as a Beat 'em All, for instance, but gosh the art looks gorgeous, and if the card game is fun, I'll be more than happy.

...now waiting for their Atlas redesign, though. Hopefully, the 2002 version.

I'm excited to see where this goes. I actually grew up on quite a bit of 80's Astro Boy, so I'd be interested to see where this ends up.
Maybe another good anime I grew up on might get booted up again.

Maybe.

Right? The 2002 reboot was already pretty darn decent, just imagine what they could do now, with enough dedication and the right people in charge. I'll have to read the '80 mangas though, personally, I didn't go there yet.

Oh, I didn't mean the mangas. There was a fully colored 80's anime. But now, you make me want to read the mangas.  :embarassed:
