Been working on this for the past month, though with things like a new puppy joining the family last month, progress has been kinda slow. Anyway, this is being made in Clickteam Fusion 2.5 and is still a work-in-progress (placeholder asset's that are either bad programmer art, or borrowed from The Spriters' resource, missing background, and even some stuff not shown here like a ton of bugs), but here's what I got so far. For now, I'm mostly testing ideas for mechanics. So, with that in mind, here's what I've got so far.

It's a platformer. I'm not going into too many details on the gameplay itself because I'm still prototyping different mechanics.

Two more screens. I made a Power-up system, in this case, the running boots unlocks a dash ability.

More screenshots. I implemented a HUD, multiple-colored mutagens with flasks, and a mechanic where you can use up your Mutagen flasks to mutate things (in this case, a Plant. Left is normal, right is mutated).
