"Legend of the Star Medal" would be スターメダルの伝説. The phrase before の modifies the phrase after it.
The wings on the vector graphic are a little redder in spots than the original, but otherwise the colors were taken from the original graphic. For the GBA version there, I saved the palette from the original graphic image and applied it while exporting this graphic, so those are the same 113 colors from the original.
Hm... Just noticed that I forgot to take off some of the shadow on the subtitle on top of the star. I had noticed later that the shadow for the title was shallower on top of the star but forgot to check if the subtitle did the same thing. And now I'm seeing that the subtitle shadow only goes straight down, not down and slightly to the right like the title text. Will be fixing those. Also thinking about changing the S. I did it like that because the original graphic uses all straight lines ... but I looked at ka64's drawing again and, yeah, that S looks better. Going to just try that now ... And just noticed the deeper shadow got offset from the rest of the text ... While I'm at it, I'll also redo the outermost outline of the title text, because I did that one first before thinking of a better way to do it for the subtitle and then didn't go back to redo the title text one... What would have been easy is putting another outline on the text, but strokes don't go around drop shadows, so copying the text layer and offsetting it to make a shadow rather than using the effect works, and then the two can be added together and get another stroke placed around that, but doing so creates a concave corners which I just realized can be fixed by simply removing those anchor points, so I'll fix those in the subtitle ... and halfway into fixing the subtitle corners, I remembered I needed to change the drop shadow position first, so, whoops, some wasted time there. ...
... Alright. Updated the .pdf file. It's still at the same link.
