It's a fake, if you take a closer look at the wind ring it seems a bit blocky like the one in the DtP remake. In smash bros. The Wind Ring should be smooth and round and plus the model of Klonoa himself looks like it was just ripped from the game and posed to make it look like he was there. Nintendo would Remake the Living Sh*t out of the model itself and maybe choose the zipper outfit.... (maybe) and last but not least unless he is a background character He should be standing on the fighting platform itself as the platform is supposed to be modeled after final destination. That's all I can point out for screen shot but I have a good feeling this is fake.
