Yeah. Namco seems to be giving a lot of their franchises some love in Smash. Although I doubt Klonoa would show up as a playable character at this point, my guess is that he'll be represented somehow.

*facepalm* 1.) I made and uploaded the video the same day KWW found the screenshot. I was only asking if anyone saw the picture move at one point. And 2.) If you saw the comments on the video, you'll know that, in a response to user Klonoa123 (I think I got his username right), I said that I WASN'T ARGUING EITHER SIDE.
